Deepika at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to give us one of our two rooms early and then tried her best to get connecting rooms for us (which we will get 2 of the 3 nights). She reminded us that if we are Accor members we get welcome drinks that we can take to our rooms which was quite nice to be able to do after a long flight! All in all the check in process was smooth and pleasant. We normally stay at 5 star hotels but as we are here for a baseball tournament we are staying with the team and I can honestly say that we received 5 star treatment thanks to Dipika!

I arrived to the hotel early, I'm grateful to have Mai helped to to arrange for early check-in so that I was able to continue with my trip itinerary immediately, excellent service! I would definitely stay at Novotel on Stevens in the future if I get the chance.

Highly Recommend Novotel On Stevens, we had issues with flights delayed and our luggage, but from the moment we stepped into the Novotel on Stevens we were greeted like family with friendly smiles and great customer service especially from staff member Peach at the check-in counter she was very polite and explained all the amenities. We really enjoyed staying at the Novotel for our anniversary all areas of the Hotel are very clean and modern with easy access to food and other shops in walking distance. A++

Very good service by Ms. Deepika with her smile on her face…she took care of our group of 25 very well with prompt act…overall experience in staying Novotel was great..very good location.

Hotel location is very nice in a peaceful location but still close by the Bus and MRT . They also have free shuttle for going to MRT . We were lucky as the staff was very helpful. Deepika at the front desk helped us with early check-in and upgraded Our room . Room is spacious and bathroom is also spacious. Breakfast spread is lovely , lots of options . Even Indian food . Pool area is perfect size they also had a kids pool where my kid played a lot . Thank you for the hospitality.
